Inside the Breakers
I hiked the length of Stinson Beach today to the mouth of Bolinas Lagoon, where I was pleasantly surprised by a gathering of eight Ospreys diving for ocean perch just inside the breakers. Plunging out of the sky into the clear waters not a hundred feet away, these masked sea eagles shuttled their catch off to nests nearby in the forested lakes of Mt. Tamalpais —truly a sight to behold.
